Anneliese Louise van der Pol is an American actress and performer of Dutch heritage is a Dutch native. She is best known for her work in theatre and as Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel as well as Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol, an American performer (female) is most well known as a recurring role on the show That's So Raven. Her appearances in 14 shows that include TV shows and videos. Van der Pol sang with the Disney Channel Circle of Stars on pop/R&B versions of The"Lion King"'s Circle of Life (from The Lion King) and Cinderella A Dream Is a Wish That Your Heart Makes ("A Dream Is a Wish made by your heart") to be released as special editions of both movies. For an edition of Disneymania in the year 2006, van derPol recorded the Disney Classic Candle on the Water. While playing the role of Belle van der Pol on broadway, she's recorded many songs which were included in the soundtrack to the show. One of these songs is her iconic A Change in Me.
