Andrea Anders

Anders was born in Madison, Wisconsin, and was raised within DeForest, Wisconsin, but she is now living at Los Angeles. She completed her studies at DeForest Area High School in DeForest, Wisconsin in 1993 as well as an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 1997. In 2001, she graduated with an MA in Fine Arts at Rutgers University. Between 2006 and 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met on the set of the show that was cancelled, dated. Sean Anders, director of Sex Drive and Never Been Thawed (anders.com) is her twin brother. Anders was in the theatre at the age of 2001. She worked with Mary Louise Parker on Broadway in Proof. Anders is best known for her role on Joey (as lawyer Alex Garrett) and The Class in the role of Nicole Allen (nee Campbell) who was the ex-wife of a football player. Both times she appeared in all of the episodes, however the shows were cancelled. Anders appeared as guest star in One Life to Live. Law & Order. The Guiding Light. as well as Tru Calling. Anders was featured five times on an episode of HBO's Oz series in the year 2003. She played Heather Degenhart as well as Brandy in The Stepford Wives. Anders also appeared as Brandy in 2008's film Sex Drive. Anders is also featured in two television pilots that failed. Spellbound was one, and News To Me another. Then, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single-camera comedy about work created by Victor Fresco for ABC.
